Kid Sister killed it with Overthrow in Miami at Misfit Friday at Louis.
She scatted along to Overthrow’s favorite remix by Rusko of her track Pronails, the first time she ever had done anything with it live, and literally ran around the club double-fisting drinks and triple-destroying expectations with her new single Right Hand Up, produced by Swedish House Mafia. Damaged Goods and Troy Kurtz! held down the decks and provided a soundtrack for Kid Sis to George Minglestein with other special guests supermanager Sam “Bob” Ma, DJ Skeet Skeet, Atlanta’s Caleb Gauge, Playboy DJ Tamara Sky, and the best bunch of Misfits in Miami.
This Friday, DJ Ruen comes to make more misfit magic and the official release of the Misfit Friday’s Taste for Blood tank top. Get them while they’re raw.
A lot of cross city Overthrow transmojolation has been going down lately with cats from Atlanta, NYC, and Chicago coming to Miami, and Miami being in LA and NYC. The intercity party affairs continue this week with Damaged Goods taking off to Atlanta to throw down with our homies DJ Smiles and the White Light Syndrome for Girls vs Boys at Door 44.
This week we celebrate the passing with a series of events across Miami that will make you forget the throes of humidity and rain and prepare you for the magic to come.
