For 3 nights, the Overthrow crew will wreak havoc across the cold planes with DJ sets by Troy Kurtz!, Damaged Goods, TKO, and Tamara Sky. For 3 straight days we will most likely recover from Canadian whiskey hangovers, enjoy the prospects of decriminalization, and crack bad jokes about Loonies.

MATTHEW SANTORO is going to be the biggest thing since sliced heads. He is currently working on a his hollywood directorial debut  film which is being executive produced by  none other but John Carpenter.. .we find this really excited. Anyways, Matt is a childhood friend of Overthrow’s very own Alexis Mincolla, who you might notice has a cameo in this directors reel at around 59 seconds… ENJOY.

Cloak & Dagger unveiled more secrets this month featuring guests from the Ed Banger Crew including Justice, Mehdi, Uffie, and Feadz as well as Holy Ghost!, Nick Catchdubs, Buckshot, Spankrock, Dances With White Girls, Roxy Cottontail, Bronques from Lastnightsparty and many more people who are or should be on HBO’s How to Make It In America (which happens to feature past C&D guest MC Kid Cudi).
Upstairs things were rocking with The Auctioneers twangy jams, followed by Japanther who phoned their way to a mosh pit, the antics of The Fat Jew and Team Facelift, and again causing riots was Ninjasonik (good peoples). Hip hop legend Buckshot from Duck Down Records jumped on the mic and spit a freestyle that floored everyone from the metal-heads to the entrepreneurs.
Downstairs Gina Turner took turns with the Ed Banger folks who rubbed shoulders with Atlanta and NYC socialites, Miami party girls, and enough nightlife photographers to have let the strobe lights take the night off. One of the dudes from Holy Ghost! came and DJed one song (his own) and then chilled while Mehdi danced his way through a incredible set of fresh jams.
Afterward everyone ended up at The Box, where nudity comes standard with a bottle of champagne and it’s not considered weird when someone has sex in a booth or does drugs off a table. Not that we encourage those kinds of things…

The sloppier, second Sloppy Seconds Miami promises even more impact mayhem then ever! Its Love vs War, the showdown between good and evil, peace and aggression, leather and camo, dominatrix and mickey mouse army helmets! Sorry I don’t really know where the dominatrix and mickey mouse army helmets fit in, but damn this comic book flier is sweet! The ‘Love’ cartoon character’s ass is redder then a neck at a monster truck rally! She must have tried to get romantic on ‘War’ (based on DJ and birthday girl Tamara Sky who will be partying/spinning/spreading pussy violence Saturday) and she clearly wasn’t having that!

Speaking of comics, this installation features Acid Girls of IHEARTCOMIX spinning their sexy brand of progressive electronic dance music sure to bring the hero or villain out in everyone. Acclaimed video artist Video Bean will also be there creating visual stimulation to add to the pants stimulation you’ll already have.

Sloppy Seconds, the monthly party in Atlanta that changed the whole scene of the city, brings its quirky and mutlimediamadness to Miami. A barrage of fun that will get your sense battling themselves in a fight to the finish!

Plus, 2 for 1 drinks before 12 and 2 for 1 Red Stripe Lights all night!
