We fit a lot of ill on one stage this Saturday: Discotech, Damaged Goods, Craze, Hot Pink Delorean, AC Slater, etc

Between the palm trees and skyscrapers, heat and city lights, clubs and mosquitos, Miami is pretty much an electric jungle. I know a guy who knows this chick who totally got robbed after being shot in the neck with a blowdart. Google it.
Congorock makes the soundtrack for the kinetic rainforest of funk with dance tracks that are somehow both futuristic and primal. Its the kind of dance music that keeps you moving long after you’ve stopped listening to it, its rhythms echoing in your medulla oblongata like a tribesman on a spirit journey to become an electric warrior. Probably what got A-Trak’s attention and signed to his Fool’s Gold record label.
Congorock will be joining Damaged Goods, Troy Kurtz!, TKO, and Juan Basshead for the Overthrow monthly event at White Room.
Plus, we got 2 for 1 Red Stripe Lights from 10-12 to help you get fierce.
Arcade Saturdays - Come play.

CLOAK & DAGGER has always been the one monthly event where NEW YORK, MIAMI, and LOS ANGELES come together in MANHATTAN and brought a NATIONAL unholy trinity of party energy to Santo’s Party House.
February, we go INTERNATIONAL, adding one of the biggest record labels and collective of hardcore electronic badasses in EUROPE.
As is the way of the Cloak & Dagger, these particular Europeans identities must remain a MYSTERY. We can narrow it down for you though: it is not PAVAROTTI. It may, however be DUKE ROCKINGTON OF JAMSHIRE. You’ll have to come and find out yourself.
Along with these confidential guests will be some of our favorite stage ragers NINJASONIK, FASHEN, JAPANTHER, TEAM FACELIFT, THE AUCTIONEERS, and DJ JONNY FAMOUS.
ROXY COTTONTAIL will be hosting along with OVERTHROW, ALIFE, and RCRD LBL.
Cloak and Dagger - The SECRETS out.

In the film No Escape from New York, where a post apocalyptic Manhattan has been turned into a maximum security prison, the motto is: Breaking out is impossible, getting is insane.
For Trouble & Bass and Prometheus Springs No Escape From New York monthly in The Studio at Webster Hall, the motto is:
Having a bad time is impossible, not going is insane.
For this month’s edition, UK mega producer/DJ/one of the KISS’s most popular radio show hosts Sinden, and Chrissy Murderbot, one of the most inventive remix producers combining the bass of dubstep and rhythm of electro dance tracks.
Those sound bombers alongside the Trouble & Bass crew of AC Slater, Star Eyes, and the Captain?
Fuck no escape! Who’d want to leave?!
UPDATE:
The Bandits via Eddy Darko decided the Archetype video was not graphic or brutal enough and stepped up with a video of their own. Again WARNING: THIS VIDEO IS GRAPHIC AND IF YOU ARE OFFENDED BY LUCIFER, BREASTS, BLOOD, OR BLARING MUSIC DO NOT WATCH.

The Archetype crew have been coming out and holding it down at many recent Arcade Saturdays. Last week they were bloodied and disturbed by what they saw. They also captured it all on video.
WARNING: THIS VIDEO IS GRAPHIC AND IF YOU ARE OFFENDED BY SATANIC IMAGERY, GORE, NUDITY, MURDER, OR ELECTRONIC MUSIC DO NOT WATCH.

The first weekend of February in Miami, the highest levels of talent and skill clash for competition of the greatest magnitude.
Supa’ Bowl Saturday at the White Room!
Featuring a face-off between 3 time DMC World Champion, Miami’s Craze representing Slow Roast Records will take on brash Brooklyn’s AC Slater of Trouble & Bass.
Following a grueling season where both have slammed parties with hard hitting beats… the football metaphors are getting really lame. Sorry. As if everyones not getting enough cheesy Super Bowl bullshit already. I mean, $1500 a ticket to a football game? Thanks NFL!
Anyway, this will be a ridiculous party and if you say your on the Overthrow list, its only $10. So sell your Super Bowl ticket and bring 150 friends. You have a much better chance of jamming out and getting laid then you would at Joe Robbie Stadium.
Arcade - Come play.

The golden age of hip-hop produced albums that still to this day are home to some of the most well crafted beats and creative lyricism. Below is a list of some examples:
Illmatic (1994)
Soul Food (1995)
It Was Written (1996)
Still Standing (1998)
I Am… (1999)
World Party (1999)
Nastradamus (1999)
Stillmatic (2001)
God’s Son (2002)
All these works were made by either Nas or Goodie Mob.
Nas, hands down one of the best rappers of all time, is nothing short of living legend and the only person breathing comparable to Jay-Z.
Goodie Mob, comprised of Cee-Lo, Khujo, T-Mo, and Big Gipp, is one of the greatest southern rap groups ever, their dynamic and influence rivaled only by label mates and ATL contemporaries Outkast. Having split to various degrees over the years, all original members recently reunited.
These two forces of hip hop history will both take the stage in Miami during Super Bowl weekend on Friday night 2/5 at one of the most beautiful and acoustically focused venues in America, downtown’s Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. This is the rare opportunity to not only see two seminal members of the rap community at once but to do it in a venue built for orchestras and symphonies.
Also performing will be Miami’s own hip hop heros, !Mayday!

The Art of Murder painted quite the picture at the White Room Saturday with DJ/producer Deathface from Trouble & Bass. After the Archetypes had people partying themselves to DEATH, Troy Kurtz! and Damaged Goods KILLED it, before Deathface and Art of Murder ENDED IT ALL. Even after being told what was going to happen, the production was so well EXECUTED that people were at a loss. It was definitely something everyone in attendance won’t soon forget.
