Their work fuses fine art and pop culture, as in their renowned outsider pop shows bursting with stage effects presented in both art galleries and traditional concert halls. Their full-length albums of music include 1, a punked-up digital party record trussed with conceptual lyrics; and Odyssey, a rich emotional fantasia with a deep, expansive sound. Fischerspooner’s third album Entertainment, a sophisticated pop epic bubbling with hooks, was released in May, 2009.

TEAM FACELIFT::: Team Facelift is a New York City trio best known for their unconventional and eerie aliases. The trio consists of Machine also known as the Big Bopper, Fonda whose real name is Alden F Fonda and Fabrizio Bonaducce who is called Fat Jew. The trio indulges in fake names and talk about fake places that they dwell in such as a Tel Aviv discotheque and the shampoo aisle. They are profound artists and unlike the predictable bands they have a tendency of going overboard with their theatrics.

STACCATO:::Staccato’s mission statement is simple:”We want to channel the joy that we feel when we spin to the audience. We want to make people feel awesome.” Two East coasters transplanted to Los Angeles, DJs Gina Turner and LOUISAHHH!!! teamed up organically as a result of promoters attempting to stage girl-on-girl DJ battles. Not one to follow rules, Staccato was burn out of the girls’ desire to work together, rather than against each other. The team draws inspiration from the members’ diverse musical backgrounds, with an eye towards the future.
